Business Strategy Workshop for Peterson’s Tree Care

Through two deep-dive workshops with local business owner, Peter Scott of Peterson’s tree care, we identified a wealth of opportunities to streamline Peterson’s entire business and set it up for a future of sustained success. At Oniracom we work with companies both large and small, but we especially enjoyed working with this local business that has been serving our community and acting as a steward of the Central Coast’s tree life since 1972. We are excited to continue working with Peter as we support his brand in putting our insights into action.

Curious how our data-backed brand strategy workshop service could benefit your company? Let’s connect.
