Brand Strategy Workshop for Mind-Body Thrive
Rebecca Capps, the owner of Mind-Body Thrive (MBT) arrived at Oniracom for a half-day, deep-dive creative workshop. During the workshop, executives and creatives from Oniracom, including a subject matter expert with deep experience in event production, product development and brand marketing, focused on working with Rebecca to gather the necessary information to determine an ideal strategy for building the right package/platform, including a path to grow and scale at a national level.
The information discussed and uncovered throughout the workshop, along with further research, analysis, synthesis, and product and sales recommendations conducted by the Oniracom team culminated in an Insights, Recommendations, & Workbook document, which contained clear, high-level recommendations for how MBT can scale as a business, and build a community around their brand.
