With an educational background in film and politics, Jacob seeks world changing solutions for positive and creative humans. He embraces technology-driven solutions striving to make them accessible for all to enjoy. With an appreciation for nature and hope for the future of human ecology, Jacob supports forward-thinking environmental & political leaders and aims to further meld artistry and science. Jacob is actively speaking at academic and industry focused events. He is a co-founder of @DigitalPhyz, a board member of @BuyVite, a member of the @CECSB partnership council and a board member of David Lynch's @Transcend_Music.

Sean and Jacob founded Oniracom in 2001 before social networks such as MySpace, Facebook, YouTube or Twitter came to be. These co-founders continuously evolve their solutions alongside the ever-changing new media landscape.

Sean Campos

CTO

Sean Campos is the chief technology officer (CTO) and co-founder of Santa Barbara based Oniracom, which is an interactive marketing agency for music and entertainment. Sean has spent over 10 years developing and managing overall technology direction of websites and other online presences for popular artists and festivals including Jack Johnson, The Counting Crows, Lenny Kravitz, Disney Records, Hawaii’s Kokua Festival and Santa Barbara’s own West Beach Music and Arts Festival. Sean’s experience previous to Oniracom includes developing medical management software for California workers’ compensation claims, databases for the Gemological Institute Of America and computational immunological research at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Mike Wald

Chief Business Development Officer

Mike has been involved with technology since playing on his first Apple in 1988. Educated as an Ecological Anthropologist, he brings both scientific and sociological insight to every project. He has worked with a broad spectrum of technologies and even broader list of media in his 10+ years of web development. This multi-faceted background allows him to make complex sites work beautifully. As the Chief Business Development Officer, Mike’s current passion is creating effective solutions for communication and transparency in the entertainment industry.

Tyler Singletary

Tyler has been working in computer and web technology for over ten years in everything from software development and support to futurism and strategic growth. At Oniracom from its inception in 2001, Tyler provides advice, an editorial eye, and a keen business sense derived from his experience in such diverse industries as law, education, and media. An amateur musician and composer, he also appears on Oniric Records’ SFD Season 2 under the name “You Are Here.”

John Murphy

CFO

John holds a bachelor in history and a MBA concentration in finance/general management. Drawing upon 15+ years of financial experience ranging from 500+MM companies to start up opportunities, John oversees all of Oniracom's internal and external financial operations - whether it 's simple billing, creative revenue sharing, equity arrangements or financial modeling and evaluations. Recognizing the opportunity to serve the diverse needs of Oniracom's clients dreams and aspirations, John blends the necessary financial acumen with appropriate creative financial solutions.

When not hanging with fellow Oniracom dreamers, John is tending to his wife's love of animals, his children's love for all things sport, training for his next cycling road race and cooking a great nightly family dinner.

Tad Wagner

Art Director

As the head of Oniracom's design department, Tad is committed to producing beautiful work. He is developing a passionate and friendly team that works together to help clients solve just about any design need.

Tad is sought out to add his touch to a broad range of creative projects. He has been featured in local art galleries, on numerous online communities and has contributed to an extensive collection of independent recordings. Tad loves to explore museums but is just as happy drawing with kids.

Drew Franklin

Equal parts musician and geek, Drew enjoys keeping his ear to the ground of this crazy internet thing. The internet teaches Drew everything from clean minimalist code to how to ignore your lizard brain (wikipedia it) when it tells you the song you are writing is no good.

Although Drew wanders around all of the many roles at Oniracom, he is developer at heart. He enjoys seeing the transition of our designers' great designs to a working website. Drew sees what he does as a evolving craft and loves coming to Onircom to hone his skills, learn from his extremely talented co-workers, and make great websites.

After graduating from UCSB in 2008 with a degree in Business/Economics, Steve sought to take advantage of the flexibility of a web design career. After working in Spain, Italy, and Morocco he's now settled in Bali, Indonesia where he works remotely for Oniracom and his other freelance clients. After playing drums and bass guitar for several Santa Barbara bands, it was a natural progression for him to combine his love of music with his passion for web design and join the Oniracom team.

Designer

Tracy is a graphic designer with a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a minor in interactive media studies. Her diverse education has allowed her to work in many different aspects of the art arena. She has worked as a design intern, a freelance artist, the designer for a student-run business consulting firm and a co-art director for an advertising campaign. She is a passionate and driven designer who thrives on projects that allow her to exercise her creative style and prides herself on her technical drawing skills and other fine art talents.

Matthew McAvene

Artisan

Matthew is a highly prolific musical and visual artist with outstanding versatility. As an inventor, producer, painter, musician, sculptor, writer and designer, it has been said “he is one of the most prolific artists in multiple mediums” (Montecito Journal, 7/18/05). McAvene's work is vast in style, ranging from primitive to realist. Matthew works part time at Oniracom beautifying the space with faux finish work, creating murals, displaying art and stimulating a creative and innovative work environment. The entire staff appreciates the consistent office improvements and thrives in the aesthetic world created by Matthew which boosts moral.

John Hayes

Developer

John was born and raised in the outdoor sports mecca of Sun Valley, Idaho. He started making graphics and recording songs as a young lad for his bands and his snowboarding buddies, and continued to do so for fun during his time at UCSB. After graduating in 2008, he spent two years as a web designer and sound engineer for an interactive agency in Venice Beach, where he developed a multitude of media and musical skills. In his free time, John loves creating different kinds of music and traveling, ideally at the same time. He has recently written acoustic songs while living in Russia, rocked the electric while studying in Italy, drummed for a band in California, and is now producing electronic music in Seattle. Working with Oniracom has been a great fit because it gives him the opportunity to work on exciting top-quality projects with a team of innovative thinkers while maintaining the flexible lifestyle he seeks.

Haaris Ahmed

Account Manager, Community Manager

Born and raised in NJ, Haaris moved to Santa Barbara in 2004 where he somehow ended up working at 92.9 KJEE Santa Barbara's Modern Rock as a On Air DJ. He hosts a specialty show called "New Noize" where he spins new music for an hour on Sunday Nights. Haaris has a borderline addiction to music, as he once saw Tool 6 times on 1 tour in California alone. Constantly going to live events, interfacing with artists, labels and promoters made Oniracom a natural fit for Haaris. Between throwing hadukens, watching the NY Giants, and spinning vinyl Haaris manages Oniracom's accounts, whether it's writing copy for social posts, managing online communities, setting up tours and ticketing, he does it all with a smile and High Five's.

Calia Minassian

Executive Assistant

Calia was born and raised in the California sunshine, and graduated from UCSB with degrees in English and Communication. With a great love for writing and new media, Calia decided to join Oniracom’s team as the new Executive Assistant. Calia also loves live music, running, baking, reading, and radio. She is currently a programmer at KCSB 91.9FM, broadcasting dreamy tunes weekly. Discovering new music has always been one of her passions. Joining Oniracom has been a wonderful experience for Calia because it combines several of her great interests.

Matt Nishiguchi

Developer

Always excited to try new things, Matt has had a variety of entrepreneurial experiences. During his time at UCSB, he DJ-ed and created a small company to organize events and produce small film with friends. This is when his love of cutting-edge technologies and art began to flourish. After graduating with a bachelors in Film & Media and a certificate in Technology Management, he started a web company with a few friends. This experience sharpened his technical skills to allow him to join Oniracom as a developer, where he loves the creative environment and passion for new technologies.

Erik Koral

Business Development/Sales

Erik Koral is the President and proud founder of FanManager, which was born out of Erik's passion for live music. With over 13 years of marketing experience, Erik has worked with clients such as The Black Eyed Peas, Shakira, Depeche Mode, Columbia Pictures, MNET TV, Phish, 2NE1, The Doors, Janis Joplin, and many others. Erik spearheaded digital marketing campaigns for over 110 bands/clients to help grow brand equity with increased website traffic, e-mail list subscriptions, social media numbers, and ticket and album sales. Erik also worked with Oniracom to create a website with proprietary marketing technology that awards points and prizes to passionate fans who promote artists, events, brands and other clients online. FanManager cultivated an email database of 107,000 brand ambassador representatives in just a few years time. FanManager also became the leading street team management company for “jam band” music genre. Erik's work has been featured in industry publications such as Hypebot, Music Think Tank, and Billboard. Erik was also asked to lead panels with NARIP, San Diego Music Thing, and UCLA Extension.

John Lucchetti

Sales Representative

John Lucchetti is a Music Fanatic’s Music Fanatic, Digital Marketing Geek, and Business Development Consultant who is passionate about bringing together the best tools, talent, strategies, and resources for Artists and Entrepreneurs. Prior to Oniracom, John studied Jazz Guitar at the University of North Texas, Obtained a BA in Anthropology from the University of Utah, studied Ethnomusicology in West Africa, completed an Audio Engineering Internship at L.A. East Studios, and provided Business Development, Marketing, and Media Production services to the Commercial Real Estate, Physician Staffing, and Enterprise Software markets. It’s this unique blend of experience that enables John to become a trusted advisor through understanding Business from the Artist's perspective and Art from a Business perspective. In addition to his work with Oniracom, John is the founder of Backstage Business, which is an online community for Digital Media Entrepreneurs.
