Oniracom works closely with all of its clients not only to outline their project's functionality and aesthetic definitions, but most importantly to translate their business plan into a web presence. Beginning with a series of meetings, we create detailed project notes that allow our design team to start their work. Our Design Team begins by creating a Wireframe: a blueprint of each page of the website or widget. Once the Wireframe is agreed upon, our design team is ready to begin designing.

Oniracom's Design Team works either with assets provided by the client (a logo or color scheme), or with a 'blank slate' which many times creates our best work. Either way, the Wireframe is used to create a design composition for each page of the website or piece of the widget. If the client requests changes, our design team updates the comps until each piece of the project is considered completed. Then our Development Team steps in.

Oniracom's Development Team brings each design comp to life. Each piece of the website or widget is sliced, translated to code and implemented on the best server option for the world to enjoy. Each project is broken down into functional components and treated as custom development, even if we use a pre-developed module. Every member of the Development Team uses their particular background and talents to send each polished project to be launched.

Oniracom's New Media & Social Marketing Team steps in once the client approves their project for launch. Once we decide which social network destinations are appropriate for the client's project, our design team matches the social network skinning to the website aesthetic. We create any appropriate social marketing campaigns and maintain fan interactions between the website, mailing list and social network destinations.
